Keishi Sakurai: Nihonga — The Shine of Foil and Mineral Pigments

Venue: Kobe Daimaru Department Store, gallery TOART, 8th Floor

Keishi Sakurai observes light and time. He captures fleeting moments in nature and transforms them into paintings. This is his 14th exhibition at the Kobe gallery. More than 30 new Nihonga paintings will be presented, including works inspired by the sea and the moon. The artist will be present during the exhibition.
